454 pgs clean, tight. Pencil mark inside front cover and a pen mark inside back cover only such marks I saw in book. Damp stain in back on last few pages. Soiled pg edges, pencil marks on front/back covers. Heavy wear to corners, edges, spine region. Musty smell as if book was perhaps stored in a basement.
